Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing donors.
• Explain NGO mission, campaigns, and social initiatives clearly.

• Follow the provided calling script and maintain etiquette.
• Handle donor queries and provide accurate information.
• Encourage donors to contribute through approved channels.

• Conduct timely follow-ups with interested donors.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and performance targets.
• Escalate complex donor queries or complaints to the concerned team.
• Maintain confidentiality of donor information and follow organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities
