Job summary

Rock Tearr Parts in Faridabad is seeking a confident Telecaller (Sales & Enquiry Support) to handle inquiries, reach out to customers and leads, and help convert them into orders.

The role requires 1–3 years of telecalling/inside sales experience and strong communication in Hindi, with basic English. You will work full-time from our Faridabad location, targeting daily call activity and quarterly order conversions.

Qualifications

• Graduation or 12th pass with relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of telecalling/inside sales experience; freshers with good communication may apply.
• Fluent in Hindi, basic English; local language skills are a plus.
• Clear, polite and persuasive communication.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, email).
• Comfortable with targets and repeated follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to JCB customers, contractors and leads.
• Handle inbound enquiries from phone, WhatsApp, IndiaMART and website.
• Understand customer requirements: machine model, year/serial, part name/number, quantity.
• Explain part availability, price, quality options and delivery time.
• Share requirements with sales or stores for quotations and stock confirmation.
• Follow up on quotations until order is confirmed or closed.
• Generate new leads and refer big/repeat customers to sales team.
• Update call records, lead status and follow-up dates in CRM/Excel.
• Handle after-sales follow-ups such as dispatch status and payments.

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken Telecaller to handle enquiries, call customers and leads, and help convert them into orders.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to JCB owners, operators, contractors, fleet owners, mechanics and garages, and to new leads from the company database.
• Handle inbound enquiries from phone, WhatsApp, IndiaMART and the website, and respond promptly.
• Understand the customer’s requirement: machine model (e.g., 3DX, 4DX), year or serial number, part name or part number, and quantity.
• Explain part availability, price, quality options (genuine, OEM, aftermarket) and delivery time.
• Share requirements with the sales or stores team for quotations and stock confirmation.
• Follow up on quotations until the order is confirmed or closed.
• Generate new leads and refer big or repeat customers to the sales team for visits.
• Update call records, lead status and follow-up dates in CRM or Excel daily.
• Handle after-sales follow-ups such as dispatch status, payment reminders and feedback.
• Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, leads and order conversions.

Requirements

• Graduate, or 12th pass with relevant experience.
• 1 to 3 years of telecalling or inside sales experience (freshers with good communication skills may apply).
• Fluent in Hindi, basic English; knowledge of the local language is a plus.
• Clear, polite and persuasive communication.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, email).

Preferred

• Experience selling auto, heavy vehicle or construction equipment spare parts.
