Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers through outbound calls to inform them about our products and services.
• Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns and provide necessary information to convert leads into sales.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update CRM systems accordingly.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets as set by the management team.

Qualifications:
