Telecaller Intern | Community Building & Customer Care

About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Telecaller Intern to join our Community Building and Customer Care team at FirstClub. In this role, you will engage directly with our customers — listening to their experiences, responding to their queries, and helping nurture a strong and loyal FirstClub community. This is a customer-first internship designed for individuals who love conversations and genuinely care about people.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to existing customers to check in, gather feedback, and strengthen community engagement
• Handle outbound customer calls with empathy and provide accurate information about FirstClub offerings
• Actively listen to customer concerns and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression
• Build and maintain warm, ongoing relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and trust
• Log all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system
• Follow up on previous customer conversations in a timely and consistent manner
• Meet daily call targets and maintain a high standard of communication across all interactions

What We're Looking for

• 0 to 6 months of experience in customer interaction, telecalling, or any communication-focused role — freshers welcome
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional languages such as Kannada, Hindi, or Telugu
