Job summary

Alpha Group of Instituitions is seeking enthusiastic Telecallers / Admission Counselors to join our Admissions team in Chennai. You will guide students through the admission journey and support their academic goals.

Key duties include handling inbound and outbound calls, sharing course information, eligibility details, and the admission process. You will maintain CRM leads, assist in admission campaigns, counselling sessions, and parent/student support to ensure timely conversions.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or as an admission counsellor.
• Experience with CRM tools like NPF (NoPaperForm) or Merrito is an added advantage.
