Job summary

Hirekey Consultancy in Noida Sector 18 is seeking a Telecaller / Education Counsellor with 0–2 years of experience. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective students, explaining the features and benefits of our Spoken English courses, and guiding students to select the right program.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and generate leads.

• Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses.
• Schedule appointments for free counselling sessions or demo classes.
• Follow up with interested students to convert inquiries into admissions.
• Motivate and convince students to enroll in the appropriate program.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and student interactions in the CRM.
• Achieve daily calling, follow-up, and admission targets.
• Maintain a professional, polite, and customer-friendly approach during all interactions.
