Pintwire Broadband is looking for a Tele Caller Executive to join our Raipur team. You will engage with customers over the phone, promote broadband services, handle inquiries, and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of telecalling, customer service or sales experience.
• Basic knowledge of internet services and broadband technology.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with CRM software and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls to explain and promote Pintwire Broadband services.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding plans, installation, and support.
• Provide accurate information about plans, offers and pricing to customers.
• Maintain a database of customer contacts and follow up on leads to close sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales outcomes in the CRM.
• Provide feedback to the team about customer needs and service improvements.

Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years of experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales (preferably in broadband or telecom).
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of internet services and broadband technology.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
