Career Path HR Solution is hiring a Telecaller for our real estate team in Navi Mumbai. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into site visits and bookings.

The position requires 0–4 years of experience, strong communication in Hindi and English (Marathi a plus), and a target-driven mindset. Work mode is on-site with 6 days a week, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• 0–4 years of experience in telecalling or real estate sales.
• Excellent communication in Hindi and English; Marathi is a plus.
• Ability to handle targets and work under pressure.
• Basic CRM/Excel skills for recording calls and leads.
• HSC/Graduate education required.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads
• Handle inbound inquiries and explain property details clearly
• Share information on pricing, location benefits, and project highlights
• Follow up with interested clients to convert leads into site visits
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
