Job summary

IHR Solutions Gandhinagar seeks a Telecaller to engage prospective real estate buyers, explain projects, pricing, offers, and payment plans, and understand customer requirements like budget and location.

You will generate and qualify leads by phone, follow up with interested customers, schedule site visits, coordinate with the sales team, and maintain accurate call records while aiming to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi and English.
• Confident, pleasant telephone manner.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and CRM systems.
• Freshers may apply.
• Experience in real estate telecalling or sales is a plus.
