Job summary

Colour Coats Official is seeking a TeleCaller for a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. You will handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introduce product lines, and answer basic queries on wood coatings, wall finishes, and seamless floorings.

You will maintain call logs, update customer records in the system, schedule follow-ups, and share qualified leads with the sales team, while supporting customer service.

Qualifications
