Independent Recruitment Consultant (freelancer) is hiring a Telesales Executive in Pune (Viman Nagar) for full-time hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with Sundays off. Freshers may apply.

You will counsel potential investors by phone, promote advisory services, and strive to meet sales targets in a high-volume call environment. Required: 12th Pass, 6+ months BPO outbound sales, excellent English/Hindi communication, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass qualification.

• English and Hindi are compulsory.

Job Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Onboarding Officer to counsel potential investors over the phone and generate sales by promoting the organizations advisory and investment-related services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make approximately 100150 outbound calls daily with 3–5 hours of talk time.
• Sell equity-based products/services over the phone from initial interaction to closure.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable investment plan information.
• Counsel interested customers and address their queries professionally.
• Convert prospects into clients through effective communication, follow-ups, and relationship building.
• Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass qualification.
• 6+ months of BPO/Outbound Sales experience in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• English and Hindi are compulsory.
• Additional languages preferred: Tamil, Telugu, Tulu, Malayalam, or Bengali.
• Strong sales and convincing abilities.
• Good problem-solving skills and customer-handling approach.
• Basic mathematical/calculation skills.
• Age: Up to 35 years.
