Job summary

Dusad Agrofood in Jaipur is seeking a results-driven call center executive to join our customer engagement team. You will perform outbound calls to introduce products, handle inbound inquiries, update CRM records, and follow up with leads to drive satisfaction and conversions.

The role requires 2–5 years of experience in tele-calling or customer service, and strong written and spoken communication in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
