Job summary

Iitianspectrum in Mumbai is seeking a proactive outreach assistant to conduct outbound calls, promote events, and manage lead data for admissions support.

Role focuses on engaging prospective students and parents, tracking interactions, and aiding the counselling team to drive enrollment goals from the branch. This is an on-site position based in Maharashtra, Mumbai.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engagement & Cold Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and parents using lead data provided by the Branch Head, with the goal of generating interest and securing participation.
• Event Promotion: Promote upcoming events such as seminars, scholarship tests, and one-on-one counselling sessions through persuasive and informative communication.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate call logs, update lead status, and ensure all follow-up actions are recorded and tracked appropriately.
• Conversion Support: Assist the counselling and admissions team by creating awareness and interest that supports lead conversion objectives.
• Task Execution: Perform additional tele calling and outreach tasks as assigned by the Branch Head to support branch-level enrollment goals.
