Job summary

Seva Charitable Trust in Mumbai seeks a Tele Caller - Sales to initiate outbound calls to corporate clients and donors, promoting programs and events to drive fundraising. You will build relationships, meet targets, and document interactions in the CRM.

Ideal candidates are multilingual, with strong communication skills, able to work independently and as part of a team, and motivated by meaningful social change. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Fluency in at least 3 languages (Hindi, English, Marathi, Gujarati or other regional languages).
• Experience in tele-calling or sales is an advantage, especially in non-profit or corporate sector.

Tele Caller - Sales (Corporate and Client Outreach)

• Initiate outbound calls to corporate clients and potential donors to introduce Seva Charitable Trust’s initiatives and services.
• Promote and sell the Trust’s programs, campaigns, and events to corporates and other clients.
• Engage clients and establish rapport to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions in line with the Trust’s goals.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and sales closed.
• Follow up with existing and potential clients for feedback, updates, and relationship building.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing and fundraising teams to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

Eligibility Criteria

• Fluency in a minimum of 3 languages: Hindi, English, Marathi, Gujarati, or other regional languages.
• Previous experience in tele-calling or sales is an advantage, especially in the non-profit or corporate sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-centric approach with the ability to build relationships quickly.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Knowledge of charitable fundraising and corporate giving will be a plus.
