Job summary

Seamedu, the School of Pro Expressionism in Pune, is seeking an enthusiastic telecaller to boost sales by reaching out to current and potential customers. You will make outbound calls, handle inbound and mixed calls, and document activity in the CRM to help close deals.

Minimum 6 months to 1 year telecalling experience, 12th pass, and strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi are required for this role at our Baner location in Pune.

Qualifications

• Must have completed minimum 12th
• 6 months – 1 year of telecalling experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues
• Ability to switch communication style based on social cues and conversational hints
• Should have good Communication Skills and Convincing Power
• Should be moderate in English, Hindi & Marathi (Kannada for South Region)

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to current and prospective customers to encourage the purchase of products and services or gather information.
• Take inbound and mixed calls, respond to queries, and document activity in the CRM.
• Achieve daily or weekly call targets as set by the organisation.
• Explain the features and benefits of the products and services to a prospect.
• Handle the grievances of the customer and offer advice to resolve them.
• Keep records of the sales phone calls and note useful information.
• Pitch the services directly to the potential customers.
• Store and update the customer information in the database

Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to current and prospective customers to encourage the purchase of products, and services or gather information.
