• Conduct outbound calls to promote our organization and its fundraising campaign.
• Engage with existing and new prospects in a professional and persuasive manner to secure donations and pledges.
• Operate telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and different telecommunications technologies.
• Provide accurate and compelling information about our organization’s mission, programs and impact.
• Maintain operations by following policies, methodology and functional changes.
• Keep quality service by adhering to organization guidelines.
• Maintain the brand's ethos and also understand and value the donors' requirements.
• Manage ongoing activity records via using CRM and telescaling systems with utmost priority and achieve the designed targets.
