Responsabilités

• Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups and outstanding dues.
• Remind customers about overdue invoices and upcoming payment deadlines.
• Coordinate with customers to confirm payment dates and resolve payment-related queries.
• Follow up through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure timely collections.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and collection status.
• Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales teams regarding pending payments and disputes.
• Prepare daily follow-up reports and outstanding payment status updates.
• Escalate delayed payments and long-pending dues to the concerned manager.
• Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Telecaller to handle customer payment follow-ups, outstanding dues, and collection coordination. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding pending payments, maintaining payment records, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining professional customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups and outstanding dues.
• Remind customers about overdue invoices and upcoming payment deadlines.
• Coordinate with customers to confirm payment dates and resolve payment-related queries.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: 13 years in telecalling, payment follow-up, accounts receivable, or collections preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
• Experience in B2B payment follow-ups or invoice collection will be an advantage.
