ROLE

Physics Wallah is hiring energetic, confident and target-driven Telecallers to strengthen our calling team and generate student and parent walk-ins for 11th & 12th, IIT-JEE, NEET and Foundation (Classes 8–10) offline courses.

The role involves high-volume outbound calling, lead qualification, explaining PW programs, generating interest, booking centre visits/demos and consistent follow-ups to convert leads into qualified walk-ins.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make high-volume outbound calls to assigned student and parent leads.
• Understand the student's academic requirements, location, course interest and purchase intent.
• Explain PW courses, key benefits, fees, scholarships and centre offerings over the phone.
• Build quick rapport with students and parents through confident and engaging communication.
• Generate interest and convert calls into demo/centre visit bookings.
• Handle initial customer objections and queries professionally.
• Maintain daily call volume, connected calls, talk-time and walk-in booking targets.
• Follow up regularly with interested students and parents.
• Ensure scheduled walk-ins are properly coordinated with the centre/sales team.
• Update call outcomes, lead status, callbacks and follow-ups accurately in CRM.
• Share qualified leads and relevant customer information with the Sales/Counselling team.
• Track pending callbacks and ensure no potential lead is missed.
• Coordinate with Sales and Centre teams to improve lead-to-walk-in conversion.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling, qualification, booking and walk-in targets.
