Job summary

Sumangala Steel Private Limited in Chennai invites a proactive Telecaller to join our sales support team. You will make outbound calls to prospective customers, explain products, and maintain records.

Freshers with good communication or candidates with telecalling or telesales experience are welcome; Tamil fluency and basic English are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers, dealers, distributors, builders, and contractors.
• Handle customer enquiries regarding the companys TMT steel products.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to develop business relationships.
• Explain product details and share relevant information with customers.
• Maintain customer databases, call records, and follow-up reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.
• Prepare daily call reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Job Responsibilities
