FlyWings Simulator Training Centre Limited (FWSTC) in Gurugram is seeking outbound callers to engage prospective candidates and customers. You will clearly explain services, generate leads, and maintain detailed records of interactions and conversions.

Freshers are welcome, with training provided on our courses and offerings. You will work to meet daily targets in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with teams to ensure smooth processing and professional customer communication.

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls to prospective candidates/customers.
• Explain company services, courses, products, or offerings clearly.
• Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Handle queries and provide accurate information.
• Coordinate with the concerned team for further processing.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain professional communication with customers/candidates.
