Anson McCade Pty is seeking an experienced Technology Recruitment Consultant based in Bangalore to focus on delivering high-quality tech talent across APAC and later expanding into Europe and the US. Hybrid/Remote work arrangements support flexible collaboration with international teams.

You will manage end-to-end candidate delivery, build strong networks, and rely on market research to inform sourcing strategies across Technology, IT, Fintech and Financial Services sectors.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Technology Recruitment experience.
• Proven experience within a recruitment agency, executive search, or specialist staffing environment.
• Strong candidate sourcing and delivery capabilities.
• Experience recruiting across Technology, IT, Fintech, Financial Services, or related specialist markets.
• Resourceful, pro-active, and mature individual that is comfortable working in a start-up environment supporting distributed, global teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
• A proactive, resilient, and results-driven approach.
• The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to an international team.
• Strong market research and talent‑mapping skills.
• A genuine interest in technology and the ability to understand technical roles and skill sets.
