Job summary

Lever, Inc. is partnering to hire a Talent Partner based in India for a fully remote, full-time role focused on building a global recruitment function.

You will partner with hiring managers across multiple functions and geographies to define role profiles, sourcing strategies, and hiring plans, while delivering a high-quality candidate experience. You will develop talent pipelines, provide labor-market insights, and support employer branding initiatives to attract top international talent.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a closely related field.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting international recruitment across multiple countries, regions, or markets.
  • Strong sourcing, headhunting, candidate engagement, and talent-pipeline development.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and advising stakeholders.
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment markets, compensation expectations, and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder-management skills with the ability to influence decisions.
  • Fluent written and spoken English with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working with global hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and ownership of outcomes.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality candidate experience.
  • Commercially aware and able to balance speed, quality, and business requirements.
  • Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams.
  • Willingness to work UK office hours while based in India.

You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, shape recruitment strategies, and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes across multiple functions and geographies. The role combines proactive sourcing, talent pipeline development, stakeholder partnership, and candidate experience. You will use market intelligence and recruitment data to help teams make informed hiring decisions. Working across international markets, you will have the opportunity to influence employer branding and contribute to the evolution of global talent practices. Accountabilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions, roles, locations, and international markets.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, define role profiles, establish hiring plans, and align recruitment strategies with business priorities.

  • Source, engage, and assess high-quality candidates through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, talent communities, and other recruitment channels.

  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines to support both immediate vacancies and future workforce requirements.

  • Deliver a professional, engaging, and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

  • Provide hiring stakeholders with relevant labor-market insights, salary benchmarks, talent availability data, and practical recruitment recommendations.

  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders across different countries and business areas.

  • Support employer-branding and talent-attraction initiatives designed to strengthen the organization’s ability to attract high-quality candidates.

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, pipeline information, reporting, and hiring metrics.

  • Monitor recruitment performance and identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies, processes, efficiency, and candidate engagement.

  • Manage multiple recruitment priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of service and responsiveness.

  • Contribute to the continued development of scalable talent acquisition practices supporting international growth.

Requirements
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a closely related field.

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting international recruitment across multiple countries, regions, or markets.

  • Strong sourcing, headhunting, candidate engagement, and talent-pipeline development capabilities.

  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and advising stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment markets, talent availability, compensation expectations, and effective sourcing strategies.

  • Excellent stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence hiring decisions across functions and geographies.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with candidates and senior stakeholders.

  • Experience working with global hiring managers and cross-functional teams.

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple vacancies, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable taking ownership of recruitment outcomes.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience.

  • Commercially aware and able to balance speed, quality, candidate expectations, and business requirements.

  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively with geographically distributed teams.

  • Willingness and ability to work UK office hours while based in India.
