Job Overview:

PersolKelly is seeking talented and enthusiastic Senior Level IT Recruiters to join our dynamic IT Human Resources team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, Sourcing screening, and shortlisting potential candidates.

Talent Sourcing: Sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates for further consideration.
Interview Coordination: Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracker.
Develop, implement, and maintain effective Talent Acquisition (TA) policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
Formulate and execute key policies and strategic plans to align with organizational goals.
Undertake significant decisions to drive business outcomes effectively.
Manage recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
Lead the training and development of staff to enhance workforce capabilities.
Analyze and improve operational and recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
