Anson McCade is seeking an experienced Technology Recruitment Consultant based in Bangalore to join our international team. This delivery-focused role covers the APAC market with opportunities to expand into Europe and the US as you grow your experience.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment across Technology and Fintech, sourcing, screening, and delivering high-quality candidates while building long-term networks. Hybrid/Remote work and an uncapped commission structure are offered.

We are looking for an experienced Technology Recruitment Consultant based in Bangalore to join our international team and take on a predominantly delivery-focused recruitment role covering the APAC market.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established technology recruiter who enjoys identifying, engaging, and delivering high-quality talent while working on challenging mandates across multiple markets and technology disciplines.

The role will initially focus heavily on APAC recruitment, with the opportunity to expand into European and US markets as your experience and performance develop.

The Role

As a Technology Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with our established teams and clients to deliver high-calibre technology talent across the region.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing end-to-end candidate delivery across Technology and Fintech recruitment mandates.
• Sourcing, identifying, screening, and qualifying technology professionals across APAC.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and developing long-term talent networks.
• Working closely with consultants and clients to understand role requirements and deliver against hiring objectives.
• Conducting targeted market research, talent mapping, and candidate identification.
• Managing candidate pipelines and ensuring a high-quality recruitment process from initial engagement through to placement.
• Developing strong knowledge of technology markets, talent pools, compensation trends, and emerging skill sets across APAC.
• Engaging with passive candidates and building specialist talent communities.
• Supporting client delivery and account management activity where required.
• Collaborating with colleagues across our international offices to share market intelligence and maximise opportunities.
• Taking on opportunities to support European and US recruitment markets as your knowledge and responsibilities develop, and potentially supporting with our Capital Markets sector.

You should have:

• 5+ years of Technology Recruitment experience.
• Proven experience within a recruitment agency, executive search, or specialist staffing environment.
• Strong candidate sourcing and delivery capabilities.
• Experience recruiting across Technology, IT, Fintech, Financial Services, or related specialist markets.
• Resourceful, pro-active, and mature individual that is comfortable working in a start-up environment supporting distributed, global teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.
• A proactive, resilient, and results-driven approach.
• The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to an international team.
• Strong market research and talent-mapping skills.
• A genuine interest in technology and the ability to understand technical roles and skill sets.
