Job summary

Questhiring in India is seeking an enthusiastic Technical Recruiter to source and close IT roles across multiple clients and technologies in a fast-paced agency setting.

You will build strong candidate pipelines, conduct initial discussions, and coordinate interviews while maintaining data in ATS, aiming to meet hiring mandates and contribute to growth.

With 1–5 years of experience, you will thrive on target-driven environments and develop stakeholder-management and candidate-engagement skills.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in Technical Recruitment.
• Candidates in Recruitment Agency/ Staffing/ Search Firm environments.
• Strong IT/technology recruitment understanding.
• Good sourcing and candidate-screening skills.

• Ability to handle multiple requirements and priorities.

• Strong follow-up and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Understand technical requirements and translate them into sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, compensation, and role fit.
• Conduct initial candidate discussions and assess technical as well as behavioral suitability.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for multiple requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and offer process.
• Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations.
• Maintain accurate candidate and hiring data in ATS/internal systems.
• Work closely with internal recruiters, team leads, and account/client managers.
• Achieve individual and team recruitment targets and closure metrics.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and talent pools.
