Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in recruitment consulting or executive search.
• Experience recruiting mid to senior-level professionals across Marine, Industrial, Logistics, Pharmaceuticals sectors.
• Independently manage client relationships and complex recruitment assignments with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Experience managing APAC or international recruitment assignments is advantageous.

Recruitment Consultant (based in Bannerghatta, Bengaluru, India)

The Opportunity :

This role is suited for an experienced recruitment consultant with experience in the Industrial or Maritime Industry who is confident managing client relationships, leading recruitment and executive search assignments independently, and contributing to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end executive search and recruitment assignments across the APAC region.
• Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide consultative talent solutions.
• Source, assess, interview, and present high-quality talent for mid to senior-level positions.
• Prepare candidate assessments and utilise structured evaluation methodologies, including psychometric assessments.
• Collaborate with colleagues across our Singapore, UK, Sweden, and India offices on regional and international assignments.

Your Profile

• 5 to 8 years of experience within a recruitment consulting or executive search firm.
• Experience recruiting mid to senior-level professionals across one or more specialised sectors like Marine, Industrial, Logistics, Pharmaceuticals.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage client relationships and complex recruitment assignments with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
• Experience managing APAC or international recruitment assignments will be an advantage.
