Michael Page is recruiting for a senior Head of Talent Acquisition to lead APAC hiring strategy for a high-growth technology business in India. You will build and mentor a high-performing recruitment team across multiple markets.

You will partner with senior leaders, drive data-driven workforce planning, and establish talent acquisition as a strategic business partner to support long-term growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in hands-on talent acquisition with ≥5 years leading teams.
