Job summary

De ion in India seeks a Recruitment Consultant (IT) to focus on the APAC region, including Singapore and Malaysia. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for clients and source, screen, and shortlist candidates across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate has 2-6 years in recruitment, strong stakeholder management, and is proficient with ATS, Foundit and LinkedIn Recruiter. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• APAC region experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clients in the Singapore, Malaysia, etc region.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for positions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Provide guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and salary negotiations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
