Job summary

Sun Pharma in India seeks a Technician – Warehouse to manage receipt, storage and dispatch of materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with cGMP, GDP and US FDA guidelines. You will maintain inventory in ERP or manual systems, perform stock counts, support audits and operate material handling equipment (where certified).

The role requires 3–5 years in pharma warehouses and ITI/ diploma education. Attention to detail, good documentation practices, and ability to work in a regulated environment

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a pharmaceutical warehouse or regulated industry.
• Education: High School / ITI / Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and specifications.
• Label and store raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods in designated areas.
• Issue materials to production as per approved requisitions and batch requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or manual systems.
• Ensure proper segregation of quarantined, approved, and rejected materials.
• Perform periodic stock counts and support inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse as per 5S and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, and USFDA guidelines.
• Assist in preparation for internal and external audits.
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified) for material movement.
