Job summary

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. is seeking a Technician – Warehouse to manage receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials in a regulated pharma setting. You will ensure accurate inventory and compliance with cGMP, GDP, and safety standards while supporting audits and maintaining orderly 5S warehouse practices.

The role requires 3–5 years in pharma warehousing, with ITI/ Diploma or equivalent training and basic ERP/MS Excel skills to maintain precise records and reports.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years in a pharmaceutical warehouse or regulated industry.
• Familiarity with cGMP, GDP, and warehouse SOPs.
• Basic computer skills in ERP and MS Excel; strong documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against POs and specs.
• Label and store raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Issue materials to production per requisitions and batch needs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or manual systems.
• Ensure proper segregation of quarantined, approved, and rejected materials.
• Perform periodic stock counts and assist in inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and order per 5S and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, and USFDA guidelines.
• Assist in preparation for internal and external audits.
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks if certified for material movement.
