Job summary

Rubicon Research Limited in Satara is seeking a Technician – Store to operate a high-reach truck in the storage area, manage material loading/unloading, and maintain locations in the WMS system.

The role requires 2-4 years warehousing experience, ITI/Diploma, and a high reach truck certificate. The candidate will ensure SOP, cGMP, safety compliance and keep logs updated.

Qualifications

• ITI/ Diploma/ Degree in any discipline.
• High Reach Truck operation certificate from authorized training center.
• Experience of at least 1 year in handling high reach truck up to 12 m height.
• Total experience of 2 - 4 years in warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of store activities with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), cGMP, and safety requirements.
• Ensure safe and accurate operation of the high-reach truck, strictly avoiding damage to materials, equipment, and company property.
• Perform timely loading and unloading of materials in racks and fulfill material access requirements related to sampling, dispensing, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure proper recording of daily logs for the area, equipment, environmental conditions, and cleaning/sanitization activities.
• Maintain accurate material location records in the storage area/system.
• Maintain the online status of the area, equipment, and instruments at all times.
