Job summary

Randstad is hiring a Learning Experience Designer (LXD) to create engaging, learner-centric digital learning experiences. You will translate requirements into structured learning solutions, develop interactive content, and collaborate with SMEs to deliver projects on time.

The role emphasizes instructional design, storytelling, and creating gamified modules using Articulate Storyline/Rise, PowerPoint, Canva, and similar tools. 1+ year of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Learning Experience Design, Instructional Design, Learning Content Development, or e-learning development.
• Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, and visual communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design learner-centric learning solutions aligned with business and learning objectives across digital, instructor-led, virtual, and blended formats.
• Develop learning content and assets, including storyboards, scripts, learning flows, assessments, activities, scenarios, and knowledge checks.
• Design gamified and interactive learning modules using simulations, challenges, branching scenarios, and other engagement-driven learning elements.
• Develop and refine digital learning using Articulate Storyline/Rise, PowerPoint, Canva, and similar authoring tools, applying instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to gather requirements, validate content, incorporate feedback, and deliver projects within defined timelines.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Learning Experience Designer (LXD) to design and develop engaging, learner-centric digital learning experiences. The role involves translating business and learning requirements into structured learning solutions, developing interactive and gamified learning content, and collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders to deliver effective training experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design learner-centric learning solutions aligned with business and learning objectives across digital, instructor-led, virtual, and blended formats.
• Develop learning content and assets, including storyboards, scripts, learning flows, assessments, activities, scenarios, and knowledge checks.
• Design gamified and interactive learning modules using simulations, challenges, branching scenarios, and other engagement-driven learning elements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in customer support, operations, technology, Trust & Safety, or other process-driven environments.
• Experience developing scenario-based, simulation-based, or gamified learning.
• Familiarity with LMS/LXP, knowledge management, and digital learning platforms.
• Exposure to AI-assisted content development and emerging learning technologies.
• Basic understanding of accessibility and learning-content standards.
