Job summary

WITS Corp in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Contractor Instructional Designer / eLearning Developer to transform existing documents into engaging learning experiences. This 1-year contract, extendable, requires 3–8 years in instructional design or eLearning development and the ability to work independently.

You will build courses with Articulate 360, Camtasia, and related tools, create quizzes and videos, collaborate with SMEs, and apply best practices to deliver clear, effective content.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in Instructional Design or eLearning Development.
• Solid understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise) and Camtasia.

Contractor Instructional Designer / eLearning Developer (1-Year Contract, Extendable)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Instructional Designer / eLearning Developer with 3-8 years of experience. In this role, you will create engaging eLearning content using existing documents, presentations, and other learning materials. You should be comfortable working independently and turning source content into interactive learning experiences.

• Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM standards.
• Exposure to AI-powered content creation tools is a plus.
