We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Instructional Designer to join our Learning and Development team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver engaging e-learning content that drives performance, supports development goals, and aligns with business needs.

This position will be based in Hyderabad - India.

You’ll collaborate closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders across the organization to produce impactful digital learning experiences, primarily using Articulate Storyline 360. Strong relationship-building skills, the ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines, and a passion for modern learning practices are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion high-quality learning design by mentoring peers, promoting best practice and providing expert guidance to support the successful delivery of learning solutions.
• Design and develop engaging, e-learning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline 360
• Translate complex information into clear, concise, and compelling learning materials
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to define learning needs and content objectives
• Create storyboards, scripts, and multimedia elements to support content development
• Apply adult learning principles, instructional design theory, and digital learning best practices
• Ensure all learning content is accessible, inclusive, and culturally sensitive for a global audience
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality
• Support the localization and translation of content where required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn
• Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple tasks

• Instructional Design Fundamentals: Understanding adult learning principles and agile learning approaches.
• E-learning Authoring Tools: Basic to intermediate proficiency with Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise; familiarity with PowerPoint for storyboarding.
• Media & Interactivity: Basic skills in building interactions (click-to-reveal, branched scenarios, quizzes), and using audio/visual assets.

You are an experienced Instructional Designer with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience and a strong command of learning design methodologies. You have successfully collaborated with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders at all levels of the organization to identify learning needs, gather requirements, and translate complex topics into engaging learning experiences. You are comfortable developing storyboards, scripts, assessments, and interactive learning content, while working within project-based environments that involve tight deadlines, multiple review cycles, and iterative feedback. In addition, you have experience leading or coordinating a team and demonstrate strong proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 and other e-learning authoring tools.
