Job summary

Shrofile Technologies seeks an Associate Manager/Manager – Learning Content in Delhi NCR to design and develop engaging digital learning experiences for a diverse workforce. You will craft e-learning modules, stories, videos, assessments and learning journeys.

You will partner with leaders and SMEs to translate business knowledge into learner‑centric solutions, leveraging Articulate Storyline and other modern tools to create impactful content and learning pathways.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Instructional Design or digital learning
• Proven hands‑on design and development of e-learning content
• Experience with Articulate Storyline is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging digital learning content (e-learning modules, storyboards, scripts, guides)
• Convert business needs into learner‑friendly experiences using instructional design methodologies

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and hands‑on Associate Manager/Manager – Learning Content to design and develop engaging digital learning experiences for a large and diverse workforce. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about Instructional Design, storytelling, and creating impactful learning content using modern digital learning tools.

You will work closely with business leaders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to transform business knowledge into interactive learning solutions, including e-learning modules, storyboards, videos, assessments, and learning journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging digital learning content, including e-learning modules, storyboards, scripts, facilitator guides, and job aids.
• Convert business requirements into learner-friendly digital learning experiences using Instructional Design methodologies.
• Develop interactive courses using Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar authoring tools.
• Create visual learning concepts, storytelling frameworks, and mood boards to enhance learner engagement.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to gather content and validate learning solutions.
• Publish and manage courses on Learning Management Systems (LMS/LXP).
• Curate relevant learning resources and organize them into structured learning pathways.
• Leverage AI tools to improve content development and learner experience.
• Monitor learner engagement and continuously improve content based on analytics and feedback.

Ideal Candidate

• 5–8 years of experience in Instructional Design, Digital Learning, Learning Content Development, or E-learning.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Articulate Storyline (mandatory).
• Experience creating storyboards, scripts, learning journeys, and interactive digital learning content.
• Knowledge of SCORM, LMS/LXP platforms, and digital learning ecosystems.
• Exposure to AI-powered content creation tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication, creativity, and stakeholder management skills.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Certification in Instructional Design or Learning Technologies is preferred.

Experience

• 5–10 years
