Job summary

Aptita Services is hiring for a bilingual Customer Success specialist based in Bengaluru. You will handle Spanish-language inquiries, perform Google Ads troubleshooting, tag management with GA4, and assist clients with conversion tracking and remarketing workflows.

The role requires good communication skills, willingness to work in shifts, and ability to support a fast-paced digital marketing portfolio across India and abroad. Training provided; night shifts may be required.
