Job Overview

Teleperformance is hiring Customer Support Specialists with hands-on experience in Google Ads to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and experience handling voice, chat, and email support, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through Voice, Chat, and Email channels.
• Resolve customer queries related to Google Ads, including campaign setup, billing, ad disapprovals, policy compliance, and conversion tracking.
• Analyze customer issues and deliver effective first-contact resolution.
• Review historical case data to identify root causes and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate case documentation, follow-ups, and process compliance.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering timely and professional support.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service/BPO.
• Mandatory experience working with Google Ads.
• Experience in a Blended Process (Voice, Chat & Email).
• Excellent English communication skills (B2 Level or above).
• Assessment Score: Minimum 65.

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask across multiple applications and CRM tools.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Merchant Center will be an added advantage.
