Job summary

Excellent Softwares in India is seeking a customer support specialist to help businesses install, learn, and run BUSY accounting and related products smoothly. You will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through setup and usage.

You'll install and configure BUSY accounting, handle queries via phone, email, or remote sessions, train staff on daily workflows, and clearly record issues for the development team to fix. Fluency in Hindi and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; B.Com or accounting background preferred.
• Basic understanding of accounting, GST and inventory.
• Clear communication in Hindi and English.
• Patient, customer-first attitude and comfort with computers.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure BUSY accounting and Excellent products (ERP, Payroll, DMS, BUSY add-ons and more) for customers.
