Job summary

Petpooja in Ahmedabad is seeking a dedicated support specialist to assist customers with Tally integration and onboarding. You will handle queries via calls, emails, and chat, and guide customers through product walkthroughs.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting integration issues, reproducing bugs for the development team, and maintaining the knowledge base to ensure timely SLA-compliant resolutions. English and Hindi are required; Gujarati is a plus.

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of TallyPrime, incl. vouchers, ledgers, GST and import/export.
• Understanding of Tally integration; basic XML, APIs, ODBC or TDL is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting for installation, configuration, sync, firewall, port, and basic networking.

Job description

Key Requirements:

• Good working knowledge of TallyPrime, including vouchers, masters, ledgers, GST, and import/export.
• Understanding of Tally integration and basic knowledge of XML, APIs, ODBC, or TDL would be a plus.
• Good troubleshooting skills for installation, configuration, sync, firewall, port, and basic networking issues.
• Basic understanding of databases/SQL and file formats like XML, JSON, CSV, and Excel.
• Basic accounting knowledge, especially vouchers, ledgers, GST, e-invoicing, and e-way bills.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi; Gujarati would be an added advantage.
• Experience with ticketing and remote support tools like Freshdesk, Zoho Desk, AnyDesk, or TeamViewer would be preferred.
