Job summary

MCX Clearing Corporation Limited (MCXCCL) seeks a Manager for Infra, Middleware Support and VAPT to lead a 24x7 technical team and own IT operations. The role covers incident management, patching, and security compliance across RHEL, Windows servers, and middleware platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 24x7 technical team for IT services, events and incidents.
• Manage IT operations and infrastructure across the stack.
• Ensure policy compliance and change management per SOP.
• Oversee incident, patch, and service delivery improvements.
• Coordinate night shifts and global resources.
• Troubleshoot Kafka, WebSphere, job schedulers and OpenShift.
• Perform vulnerability scans with Qualys/Tenable/Rapid7 and patch deployments.
• Maintain IT compliance trackers and asset lists.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead a 24x7 technical team in the detection and management IT Services, events and incidents
• Manage all IT operations and infrastructure
• Monitor internal and external policy compliance.
• Responsible for team and vendor management.
• Manage the operational activities for designed implementation and maintain support.
• Managing the shifts and working in Night shifts.
• Managing internal and external. resources
• Ensure uptime of servers for mission critical applications., Analyzing and coordinating forincident resolutions
• Troubleshooting technologies such as Kafka, WebSphere, Job schedulers and OpenShift
• Scanning: Direct regular authenticated and unauthenticated scans using tools like Qualys,Tenable, or Rapid7.
• Patching: Execute standard and emergency (out-of-band) patch deployments using automationplatforms such as SCCM/MECM, Intune, or Tanium.
• Remediation Validation: Perform post-patching verification scans and manual re-testing toconfirm that vulnerabilities are successfully closed and no new issues (regressions) wereintroduced.
• Ensuring Change Management, Incident Management and Patch Management as per SOP
• Contribute directly to the strategy, development and quality of IT Service Management and thecompany’s service delivery capability. Instill service orientation and ITSM awareness.
• Own specific IT Services and ensure their effective delivery, management and improvement tomeet company and client needs.
• Manage/Maintain and Review of IT compliance tracker
• IT Asset list preparation and updating
• Timely completion of OS patch
• Closure of VA & PT observations

Additional Requirements:

• Team management, and also able to work independently
• Good communication skills, documentations skills, presentation skills.
• Proficient in managing and troubleshooting technologies such as Kafka, WebSphere, Jobschedulers and OpenShift
• Knowledge on Storage, Servers, and other hardware devices
• Working knowledge of Exchange related applications (Stock/Commodity/CTCL solutions) &Financial/Banking related applications.
• Hands on system admin experience with RHEL OS, Microsoft Windows 2016 servers.
• Good knowledge of implementation, configuration, monitoring and administration for Infra etc.
• Certification for ITIL, ISO Standards etc. will be preferred.
