World Wide Technology in Hyderabad, Telangana, is seeking an experienced US IT/Technical Recruiter to drive sourcing, screening, and stakeholder coordination across regions.

You will leverage Bullhorn, Beline, and LinkedIn Recruiter to build pipelines for complex technical roles, including networking, infrastructure, and cloud, while adopting AI-driven techniques to improve efficiency and candidate engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in US IT/Technical Recruitment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Bullhorn, Beline, and LinkedIn Recruiter (mandatory)
• Demonstrated success recruiting for complex US technical roles across multiple technology domains, including Networking, Infrastructure, Cloud, and AI
• Strong understanding of AI-driven recruiting practices, with hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and automation to improve sourcing effectiveness, candidate engagement, market intelligence, and overall recruiter productivity
• Experience working in VMS/MSP-driven recruitment environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
