Job summary

Mechelonic Welders in India is seeking a service engineer to handle service calls, inspect and test machinery, and coordinate with Sales and Design to diagnose and fix issues.

You will train end users, work with multiple departments to address customer problems, and travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma/BE/B.Tech in relevant engineering fields.
• 1-5 years of work experience in servicing of industrial products.
• Mechatronics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take service calls, and work with Sales team to rectify customers issues.
• Visually inspect, install and test machinery and equipment.
• Detect malfunction.
• Discuss machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance technicians, to diagnose problem or repair machine
• Dismantle defective machines/equipment and install new or repaired parts
• Co-ordination with internal departments like Design, Sales & Manufacturing, to address customer issues
• Train end users on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.

Service for complete range of Resistance Welding products supplied for commissioning, equipment malfunctions, perform modifications and repair of equipment, and take corrective actions; and also train end users on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
