BK Nexus Enterprises is seeking a proactive Service Engineer in Chennai to perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial machinery across India. The role requires customer-facing service at sites, with travel across the country as needed.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of hands-on experience with industrial equipment, and a diploma or BE in mechanical, electrical, or electronics. This position is full-time and on-site in Chennai.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in installation, service, maintenance, or troubleshooting of industrial machines.
• Experience with laser, CNC, automation, or similar industrial equipment will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, inspect, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, and automation-related issues.
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Attend customer service calls and ensure timely resolution of technical problems.
• Support customers with machine operation and basic technical guidance.
• Identify machine faults and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and customer feedback reports.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams for complex troubleshooting and spare-parts requirements.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and timely service.
• Travel across India to customer locations as required.
