Job Details: Service Engineer - Ahmedabad

Location: Ahmedabad, India

Employment Type: Full-Time

An Automation engineer is responsible to perform maintenance, commissioning & installation activities, troubleshooting of process control valve systems, flow meters, hot water system control panels and sensors. This position will report to Manager – Customer Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and determine the necessary repair/replace of the spares and equipment at site.
• Maintenance, commissioning and troubleshooting of hot water system, condensate recovery system, control valves, PID controller and flow meter systems.
• Providing technical and maintenance training to customers about the product.
• Basic knowledge of Siemens/Allen-Bradley PLC & SCADA software, and able modifying program as per requirement.
• Knowledge on PID, HMIs and industrial communication protocols.
• Understanding of SLD, control wiring drawings and troubleshoot of the systems.
• Basic knowledge of IoT and IIoT.
• Prepare reports, technical manual preparation activities, ensure proper handover of the system to the customer, obtain signed site acceptance reports, and submit weekly and daily reports.
• Knowledge of pre-commissioning and commissioning protocols standards.
• Willing to travelling in PAN India as per requirements.

Key Requirements

• Knowledge of steam and steam accessories like condensate pump and steam traps.
• Knowledge about control panels and power panels and their wiring.
• Reading and understanding electrical drawings & piping and instrumentation diagram.

Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

Experience Level: 3-5 years.
