Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a Technical Scrum Lead to support its Banking Project as it undergoes a transformation journey. The role focuses on driving Scrum activities, coaching teams, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of features across Dev, SIT, UAT and Production environments.

You will apply servant leadership, foster continuous improvement, and implement process enhancements while maintaining strong communication across cross-functional teams in a banking domain.

Qualifications

• Overall experience 8+ years with at least 5+ years as Scrum Master in Banking domain.
• Intermediate-level knowledge in Python.
• Extensive experience in CI/CD pipeline management across Dev, SIT, UAT, Pre-Prod and Production environments.
• Good knowledge of Code Coverage practices, testing strategies, and quality metrics to ensure adherence to engineering standards and DoD.
• Good understanding of SDLC with a background in technical roles in previous projects.
• Experience using Jira and other Agile development tools.
• Experience working with globally distributed cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Experience managing onshore/offshore teams and resolving roadblocks and conflicts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding incremental deliveries and the value of metrics, schedules, capacity and milestone tracking.
• Familiar with common agile practices and service-oriented environments.

Responsibilities

• :Understand project scope, goals, and deliverables of the Project
• .Effectively communicate project requirements to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion by identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path
• .Help stakeholders to plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
• .Monitor, track and provide outward communication for improved transparency on teams progress against their delivery goals for product releases
• .Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
• .Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
• .Drive and lead the scrum activities for the scrum teams within the ongoing sprints
• .Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management

• .Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
