Job summary

AagatiServe Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Technical Scrum Master to lead Agile development teams and ensure timely, high-quality software delivery.

You will facilitate ceremonies, remove blockers, coach teams, and collaborate with Product Owners while working with Java, Spring Boot, Angular/React and AWS.

The role requires strong technical understanding and a track record of delivering high-quality software in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
• Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Technical background or strong understanding of modern full-stack development (Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, JPA).
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as TypeScript, Angular, or React.
• Understanding of AWS and modern deployment practices.
• Knowledge of engineering best practices including TDD, unit testing, and Reactive Programming.
• Ability to remove blockers, manage cross-functional dependencies, and coach the team on Agile principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Remove impediments and blockers to the team's progress, ensuring smooth workflow and continuous delivery.
• Coach and mentor development teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and self-organization.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and foster collaboration between teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure successful delivery of high-quality software products that meet business requirements.
• Promote engineering best practices including Test-Driven Development (TDD), unit testing, and Reactive Programming.
• Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure a clear, well-defined, and prioritized product backlog.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability within the team.

• Knowledge of engineering best practices including TDD, unit testing, and Reactive Programming.
• Ability to remove blockers, manage cross-functional dependencies, and coach the team on Agile principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or similar Agile certification.
• Hands-on experience as a developer in Java/Spring Boot and Angular/React in the past is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority.
