Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Coach teams on Scrum practices and SAFe/Agile scaling.
• Remove impediments and drive team productivity and predictability.
• Foster collaboration between Product Owners, developers and stakeholders.
• Track metrics like velocity, burndown, capacity and release progress.
• Facilitate PI Planning and Inspect & Adapt workshops.

Job Description

1. Certified and results-driven Scrum Master with extensive experience in leading Agile teams and delivering complex projects across diverse business domains.
2. Proven expertise in facilitating Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
3. Strong ability to coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team maturity and performance.
4. Experienced in removing impediments, resolving conflicts, and enabling teams to achieve sprint and release goals effectively.
5. Skilled in stakeholder management, fostering collaboration between business users, Product Owners, development teams, and leadership.
6. Proficient in Agile tools such as Agility/Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and other project management platforms.
7. Strong experience in tracking and reporting Agile metrics including velocity, sprint burndown, capacity planning, and release progress.
8. Expertise in risk identification, dependency management, and proactive mitigation planning to ensure successful project delivery.
9. Facilitated PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and cross-team coordination in SAFe Agile environments.
10. Driven process improvements that enhance productivity, quality, predictability, and customer satisfaction.
11. Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, and mentoring skills with the ability to build high-performing, self-organized teams.
12. Committed to fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
13. Compute & update KPI.
