Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field preferred; relevant sales experience in industrial products is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective industrial clients, understand their technical requirements, and present suitable electro-hydraulic, electro-mechanical, filtration, and hydraulic equipment solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and follow up to close sales while maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams, manage inquiries, provide pre- and post-sale support, and document sales activities in line with company processes.
• Regularly visit customer sites, participate in training sessions, and stay updated on product features and industry trends.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Technical Sales Representative. The role involves identifying and engaging prospective industrial clients, understanding their technical requirements, and presenting suitable electro-hydraulic, electro-mechanical, filtration, and hydraulic equipment solutions.

The Technical Sales Representative will conduct product demonstrations, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and follow up to close sales while maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Daily activities include coordinating with internal technical teams, managing inquiries, providing pre- and post-sale support, and documenting sales activities in line with company processes. The role also requires regular visits to customer sites, participation in training sessions, and staying updated on product features and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Strong Technical Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to understand and explain industrial equipment solutions clearly.


• Customer Service and Communication skills to build trust, handle queries, and support clients effectively.


• Capability to deliver Training and product demonstrations to customers and internal stakeholders.


• Basic understanding of electro-hydraulic, electro-mechanical systems, filtration (or willingness to learn).


• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM or sales tracking tools.


• Ability to work on-site, conduct regular field visits, and manage time and territory efficiently.
