Experience: 3-8 Years CTC: ₹2.5 - ₹7 LPA (All Inclusive) Employment Type: Full-Time Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM Working Days: Monday - Friday (Saturdays as and when required)

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and manage sales of industrial and electronic process materials and equipment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers across EMS, Aerospace, Defense, and Manufacturing sectors.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams for proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.

Required Qualifications

• Education Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience 3-8 years of experience in Industrial Sales.
• Experience in Electronic Manufacturing Materials, Soldering Solutions, Dispensing Systems, SMT Rework Systems, or related technical products preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Technical knowledge of industrial/electronic process equipment.
• Experience selling Soldering, Cleaning, Dispensing, or Rework Solutions.
• Exposure to SMT process lines and automated dispensing systems.
• Strong customer relationship management and networking skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to travel extensively for customer meetings and demonstrations.

Additional Requirements

• Local candidates from Pune preferred.
• Candidates willing to relocate may also be considered.
• Must be comfortable with regular customer visits and travel.
