Job summary

Yantra Design Pvt. Ltd., a growing CNC machine manufacturer, is seeking a driven Sales Engineer to lead regional sales, build strong customer relationships, and expand market presence in the Gujarat/Surat region.

You will drive end-to-end sales for CNC machines and coordinate with internal teams. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in industrial/technical sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in industrial/technical sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
• Ability to understand technical products (training provided).
• Willing to travel across the region.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales targets and manage end-to-end sales for CNC machines.
• Identify new industrial customers and manage key accounts.
• Conduct product demos, presentations, and technical discussions with clients.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Guide and support the regional sales team (Sales Manager-style duties).
• Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for smooth execution.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and follow-ups on inquiries & quotations.
